Ming-Puu Chen

is Professor of the Graduate Institute of Information and Computer Education, National Taiwan Normal University. He received his Ph.D. degree with major achievement in Educational Technology from University of Northern Colorado, USA. His major research interests fall in the fields of personal epistemology in learning computers and digital game-based learning.
