No registration fees is required to attend the workshop!
Venue
The Alpine RendezâVous will take place in VillardâdeâLans, a nice village in the middle of Vercors.
Breaks and meals are organized in a way that promotes informal encounters between participants from the different workshops. Snow is used as “social facilitator' : the schedule includes slots to enjoy ski and outdoor activities (snowshoes, etc.).
Participants, in fact, will be able to enjoy Alpine and Nordic ski (and other activities, see http://www.villarddelans.com).
ARV 2013 workshops will be mainly hosted by the 'Grand Hôtel de Paris' in Villard-de-Lans
Accomodation
Special rates (to be confirmed) have been negotiated with the 'Grand Hôtel de Paris'
- 1 night: 95€ (single), 64€ (twin) cost per person and per night
- 2 nights: 88€ (single), 57€ (twin) cost per person and per night
- 3 nights: 82€ (single), 53€ (twin) cost per person and per night
- Restaurant: 22€ (noon) and 26€ (evening)
- The coffee breaks are offered by the organizers
