Diana Andone 

is the manager of the e-Learning Centre (CEL) of the Politehnica University of Timisoara, Romania, responsible for planning and implementing e-learning in the university and the city. Her research interests are in e-learning, technology enhanced learning, OER, MOOCs, web 2.0 and Interactive web applications, open access and open data. She has more than 102 papers published in journals and international conferences. She is member in different associations, editor/reviewer of several international conferences and journals and an EDEN Fellow.

 

 

Carlo Giovannella

is expert in the technology-enhanced learning, interaction design, computer-mediated communication, design and management of processes, process and product innovation.

Scientific Director of the Creative Industries Area at the Consorzio Roma Ricerche; chair of the ISIM_garage (Interfaces and Multimodal Interactive Systems Lab) at the Dept. of Educational Science and Technology of the Univ. of Rome Tor Vergata; Scientific Editor of IXD&A Journal.

 

 

Sofia Tsekeridou

is an Assistant Professor at Athens Information Technology, heading the Multimedia, Knowledge and Web Technologies research group of the IRIS Lab. Her research interests lie in the areas of multimedia processing, e-learning, data analytics, search engines, recommender systems and knowledge engineering. She has published several papers at international scientific journals and conferences and has contributed to the TV Anytime and W3C standardization bodies. She is a senior member of IEEE and a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.

 

 

Annika Wolff

is a researcher in the department of Maths, Computing and Technology at the Open University. Her research interests include Smart City technologies, learning technologies, narrative, games, hypermedia, mobile-learning and learning analytics. She is currently working within the MK:Smart project to bring big data skills and smart city topics into schools to create a future generation of urban innovators.
