Alexander Nussbaumer

has a degree in computer science from Graz University of Techology (TUGraz) and has worked also in industry as software developer. At TU Graz and University of Graz he has been working in several research projects dealing with technology-enhanced learning, focusing on personalizing the learning experience using domain and user models based on cognitive research. He has also been co-organizer of the workshops on Virtual Worlds for Academic, Organizational, and Life-long Learning, of the workshops on Computer-based Knowledge & Skill Assessment and Feedback in Learning Settings, and workshops on self-regulated learning at ICALT 2011 (SRL-ROLE) and UMAP 2011 (PALE 2011). In ROLE he coordinates developments of learner modeling and recommendation services.
